The Campaign Associate program is a professional development opportunity for your brightest potential leaders in your organization.
Here’s how it works. You loan us an employee to work as part of the United Way team for 16 weeks during our annual community fundraising campaign from September to December. Your company benefits from public recognition as a committed donor and community supporter. Your employee—working under the supervision of a professional United Way fundraiser—develops valuable skills, including sales and customer service, teamwork and interpersonal, public speaking and leadership.
