WOMEN UNITED™ is a global giving circle of 70,000+ women leaders in more than 165 communities dedicated to creating a world of opportunity for everyone. Since 2002, this exclusive giving circle has raised and invested more than $1.7billion. WOMEN UNITED™ launched in Greater Victoria in 2019 and currently has 40 members.

Membership and benefits:
All leadership donors $1,200 and up are welcome to join Women United.
Members have the opportunity to join a community of like-minded donors who contribute their personal passions, best ideas, and unique strengths to the mission of building stronger communities.
Benefits of getting involved include volunteering time, expertise and talent; networking and collaborating with key business and community leaders at exclusive events; and learning more about social issues facing our community.
To qualify for membership and recognition in WOMEN UNITED™, gifts of $1,200 and over (lump sum or monthly) must be made exclusively to United Way. Designations to external charities that are not part of United Way’s priority areas are excluded from recognition totals.
Patricia Foster, Chair
The Chair of Women United in Greater Victoria is Patricia Foster. Patricia is a long-time United Way supporter and has been a member of Women United since our formation in 2019. Patricia graduated university with an Honours degree in economics and has been also actively involved in the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation and Craigdarroch Castle. She is grateful to live and work in beautiful, vibrant Victoria and has been a licensed realtor in Victoria for 16 years. Previously she worked in recruiting and training for 10 years. She is the proud mother of three adult children.
Milica Ivaz, Vice-Chair
The Vice-Chair of Women United in Greater Victoria is Milica Ivaz. Milica is Associate Consultant, Rawluk & Associates Private Wealth Management. Milica is active in her community: she is a Champion for Camosun College Together for Health; served as Board Member with Community Living Victoria Foundation; volunteer with Saanich Water Polo School; Campus View Parent Advisory Committee and University Women’s Club of Victoria; and a supporter of United Way Greater Victoria. Milica is passionate about empowering women to be financially successful.
